Unknown EK1

Hello all, here is an EK1 Which i have never come across before, and it is a WW1 EK. Maybe it is a different design of one, or maybe a fake. I wondered if i could have some expert opinions on it. Better pictures than usual! Thanks alot, kane

It's not an EK. It could be a patriotic brooch. I don't know if anyone is faking this kind of thing, but the RZM mark on the disc does surprise me.

Well, they crank out all kinds of discs on medals with these RZM markins, I have even seen an 1870 ek1 with a similar disc...
100% authentic of course...

The chance that you will find an original SB item that has a disc like this (as replacement) is next to 0

So you are saying it is not original? It is priced at £42, so is this too good to be true?
