Looks like a decent '98' Souval.

Outside chance it could be a 'Stuttgart Fake' but the core looks enough like a Souval for me to think it is good.

Having had a chance to look at a couple of examples of other Souvals now that I'm home from work I'm 100% sure it is a good one

As for value... it is worth what ever someone is willing to pay for it I guess.

Somewhere between 70 and 90 euro would be reasonable IMO.
