opinions neede on 2 e.k II schinkel and 65

i hope you guys here can me out with detacting orginal or fake,
the normal one is marked with 65 in the ring the schinkel form has no marks

Well to my eye they both look fine. I see no problems.

Agree. The 65 is a fine original. The Schinkle I can see no probs with... the suspension eyelet which appears to have been damaged/messed with at some point is on a raised 'nipple' on the frame which is a good sign. The best indicator of fakes of these is difference in width on the arms of the frame.

i mesured both arms and they are the same.....but to be honest when i look at it it apears that the right arm is bigger but i measured it in several ways but both are the same???!can't find any difrens in length wide or anyway when i mesure them...

Sorry i wasn't clear about what I meant. I mean the width between the beading and the edge of the cross- so the flat part of the frame. On some fakes you will find that area has noticeably different widths on the different arms. Yours looks even all the way around which indicates a genuine cross. I know there are some good fakes of the Schinkle which can be detected by the position and font of the dates but this is outside of my expertise as I mainly concentrate on badges. I'm sure if you do a search you will find many examples to compare yours to.
In my opinion your cross is good, perhaps the eyelet was opened at some point to replace the suspension ring which has resulted in the opening of the frame that I can see on your last picture.
