It is an original piece
Unfortunately I can not say the maker, because I do not have to complete EK2 basis.

Interesting: appears to be period .
The jump ring seams to have a mark ... which reminds me of a 24 . Any closeup of that - if it is ?

Kitara would have to tell us what that mark on the jump ring is . Most common seams to be the small acorn .
