After looking through my meagre archives and comparing my own spange, I'm not entirely sure what i'm looking at. The claws would indicate that this was manufactured by Deumer, but The beak of the eagle, the legs, the lower part of the wreath and the numerals do not match to my own. There seems to be a match in Gordon's book, but the picture should be a little bigger to make a positive match. So basically i can't give an clear answer. Hopefully someone else can be more of an assistance.
