DKiG Deschler copy?

Hello, I am not good in these, but the pin does not look familiar to me... Is it possible to tell anything more from these pictures? Sorry, but this is only these i have.

The wreath is wrong for a Deschler, and the rivets should be solid not hollow. Also, the enamel under the wreath should be red and not orange.

Does it have the die flaw on the "9". I'm not liking the DK as it as currently shown.
