KVK II no maker ring, fake ?

So seen this for sale, What do you guys think ?

    Sellers text:

Super nice and very early war merit cross with swords in the bag.

The cross is very early buntmetallkors and in mint condition, the cross is error produced and are born without eyes and the ring - and is therefore guaranteed to never worn. Cross comes with the original long ribbon.

The cross is in the rare BIG bag from manufacture Karl Henschler Pfortsheim. These bags are becoming rare because the cross was usually allocated in small bags.

Urkunden is super nice and the medal printed on top of urkunden - issued to Gefreiter Otto Treckmann 14 (panzerabwehr) Company, Infantry Regiment 96th. Lights slightly up under UV light illumination.

Guaranteed time originality of medal ribbons and bags.

So, is it worth spending my money on ? and is the cross real ?

      Thanks nick,
I was just wondering now that it didnt have the ring to attach it to the ribbon,

Can you say anything about the Urkunden ?

Someone in a past life has stolen the ring to fix up another KvK

it is a nice example, all you need to do is find another example to borrow the ring from.

          MrSmith:
The problem isnt that simple im afraid, There is nothing to attach the ring to. the little 'eye' the ring goes in is missing and have never been there ?

            well good point

A piece that has slipped through?
            Never been finished?

            simply awarded like that?

hard to imagine, but there you go, it appears in every other respect to be orignal.

I wouldn't have a problem owning this piece
