    If you cannot get a detailed close-up of the date and wreath, go to the german cross information section on the forum. There is detailed photos of the wreath and date to which you can compare your cross with a loop.

              20 on reverse of pin

              Thanks for the post The 20 on the back of my pin has the same 0 and it is a little higher than the 2. My 2 is much clearer with a very slight point on the top of the end of the bottom part of the 2. Kind of neat.

              Do you have an idea on value, albiet it is in a case for the gold DK?

                A zimmerman DKiS in good condition without chips in the enamel or corrosion would be about $2500- $2800. A DKiG case, depending on condition is anywhere from $500- $750.
