KVK 2 w/S opinions

Here's a KVK 2 with Swords that was sold to me some time ago as a Deumer example, marked "3" on the ring. But, it's obverse die characteristics don't seem to match those of Deumer's First Class w/S KVK.

Here are a couple of views of the mark. It too doesn't match what I'd expect to see for a Deumer "3" mark (based on those marks found on Deumer's EK 2s).
A fake mark?
An "8" mark?
Thoughts?

The mark looks more like an incomplete 8 .

Hi George!
I think this could be a Deumer cross, if you compares it with Deumer crosses that have the same reverse pin setup as Julius Bauer crosses "43" I think the obverse design look the same.
