Thanks for reminding me to go to the opticians!
I just didnt think it looked like that number. I had convinced myself the 2nd number was a 3. Which led me to doubt the cross/ number.

Do all mm24 crosses bare other marks to their rings, crescents/ circles /acorns etc?
