Well it is listed in Williamsons book [EK of 1939] although I do not have the book to with me to make any comparisons. As you may know these were made by the Russians to mock the Germans, this one looks resonably well made and I would consider buying it for a resonable price.

There are collectors who believe this and collectors who think they are fantasy.

I agree! Also the frame seems to be the same as the very good quality "German Fake" EKs that appear in both classes, with many cores, and different hardware.



These people are making good copies.

In my opinion this "Raub" cross is an absolute FAKE.

I saw this type of cross on beck-militaria.de, offered for 420 euros. Looks it was sold, because I can´t find it now. I always wondered, if it is real or fake, but if we consider the quality of awards that soviets made for their own soldiers, I would be very sceptical.
