Hi Guys

I have gotten this set in a group of Ironcrosses I bought.

I have never seen this maker MM, and the cross is also not an everyday cross.. Would it be correct matched?

Hi Henrik,

Within the past 10 years or so, a huge quantity of CF&G Packets, new like yours, was found somewhere.

No one quite knows if they are real, or reproductions, although most believe them to be real (including me).

No CF&G crosses have ever been identified, although it is (obviously) very likely that they did make EK2s. As your cross seems to be a fairly standard type, I would guess that it has some chance of being a CF&G, but I also think you will probably never know for sure. Most likely it was just added to this Packet by a collector -- many, many crosses are added to these Packets.

The Packets are extremely common.

Was only empty packets that was found?

I know the question is hard awnser, as 70 years has gone by, since they were made. And several collectors been around too..
