EK2 Standrad or unmarked 109

Hi guys,

I am desperate if my EK2 is a Walter Henlein piece.
According WAF user says that my cross is standrad S&L Design.
Can you confirm if there really is one unmarked 109?

There are two 'flaws' that give it away for me, both of which I have on my 109's and I can see on your cross.
