    EK1 & EK2... pls confirm...

    Hello,

I've a friend who inherited some very nice stuff and also some very bad repros/copies/etc.

My knowledge about EK's is next to zero but I've been looking threads in here and I do have my opinion about these two I'm posting but to convince the owner I'd like opinions from the collectors who know this area.

Owner is reading this thread so go ahead. If you need bigger images pls lmk.

    Thanks!

EK2 looks okay. Better pix would help to be 100% sure.

            EK2 may be a repaint?
            Best regards,

I was thinking maybe a repaint on the ek2 aswell. Might just be the pics, but it looks like you can see where the brush has caught the beading and left black paint there.
Shame, but I agree the cross itself looks viable.

The EK2 is for sure repainted but still a original
