    here are all the L/57's fronts. you can see that some don't have dates on them????

      here are 2 that have the dates, the one on the left is a L/57 and the roght is the L/5. IF you look vlose you can see a big difference in them. look at the outside silver part and you'll see the L/5 is alot smaller???

        this last one is of all of them, the bottom five are L/57's and the 2 above are the solid rivet ones with the L/5 to the right, and the top is an unmarked one. you can see some are dated and some not.

          we all know that there was no L/5. No point in discussing this. So most likely the last digit was left off (for whatever reason...). This leaves all the others but L/57 and L/50. Strange. But they look good.

          Here's the L/50 marking.

              ya i know, it has to be a L/57 or L/50??
              all look good and are made right. it is strange that some are marked and some not. and other things on them.

                    i stand corrected, L/57 maybe?? no because they had hollow rivet's from what it looks like? so i don't know who else made these?
