    a couple of B.H.Mayers

    Hi guys
    I 'm back from Germany with a couple of interesting sets, but one of them is special for me, take a look especially to the left one.

      the left one has S&L pinshape and W&L catchshape, I would say a very nice and not common type .

              That is a very interesting pin.

              It tells me one thing (which was probably obvious anyway) -- the makers may have bought pins from suppliers, but they bought them unfinished. It's obvious that Mayer stamped and silvered this pin themselves, since the pin has that typical Mayer finish even with the S&L or Deumer shape.

              A very nice find! A true rarity I think.

                    I agree. I 'm not sure, seem to me it 's the 1st time I see this set-up.
                    I 've got this one just for a case because I was not looking for EKIs but this cross was placed on top of the case showing the back, it was with a strange set-up and I tought to the seller let me read the stamp on pin, so... great surprise it was 26 stamped ! I checked all details with my lens and for me was a good one.
