I like this combo also, ....it is possible for jeweler to take a couple original components and put them together, but to remove catch from clasp and hinge from the cross without any trace and keeping all the frosting intact not likely and not likely for the faker to find pieces with some missing parts.

Btw the hinge on top of the clasp is not the regular Deumer's hinge,
...I don't think faker would bother to replace it.

....what about the catch on that cross, is it a typical style for it?
