first impression is otto schickle but one should have better pictures of both the cross and oakleaves.

From the angle of the photo, the oakleaves look to be 57 S&L.

I would not buy a RK/OL with only these pictures.
If it is being sold as a repro, and priced as such, then go for it, but if it is sold as a authentic cross, I would ask for better pictures.
