Its the first mounted Petzl I have come across

I love that makers number stamped on the ring. Really crisp and clear. No doubting who that one was made by.

Nice looking cross. I can't tell with complete surety from the image on my screen - is the 3 in the 1813 date the 'pointed' or 'truncated' version?
