What do you mean by that? Normally if awarded the KC, you wear the other two as well still.

Normally only the ribbon for the EK2 was worn on the uniform. The ek2 was only worn after awarding for a picture and after that only the ribbon was worn.

Could it have been taken after the war? I think he (Julius Pöppel) looks older then 32/33 years of age, on the photo...

It looks to be privatly taken, in a home environtment, with a "mint" 2nd class iron cross and a "worn" KC...
