Need help! (To me) Unknown EK ribbon variant? Or maybe Blood Order, or...

I have a miniature Eagle Order with a rosette on the ribbon which attests to the fact that rosettes were used on Third Reich period awards.

Thank you very much jwburchell ! This info could really mean a lot for solving this, especially to many Third Reich specialists here. So I must say it feels good for me again, to have started this discussion right here on W-A forum!
There is just no better place to solve this problem. If it could be solved at all...?

Although, I think also we are now back where we've started... Again....
