Thanks lads for your replies it's a even better looking EKI when you have it in your hands.

Flemming this is how I bought the EKI and I have no idea if this is common for some crosses?

Maybe some of you experts can help us here?

we are talking about Fritz Zimmermann n. 6 in the PK list, not C.F. Zimmermann alias 20 L/52.
The back of this cross is textbook please take a look to the EKI book by Maerz/Stimson.

I have no problem with the cross being a Fritz Zimmermann, I am talking about the front being near mint, and the back looks not so mint.

ah ok. soon explained: there is a uniform patina that can be removed, I let to Jeroen decides.
catch and pin are perfect, cross is unissued, Jeroen please take a couple of good pics.
on back there are 2 drops of frost paint too.
