Hard to say, because I have no L/16 marked KVK in my database.
All my SuL pieces are "4" marked.

IMO the swords were removed.

The shape of the curves of the inner arms do look a bit off and not as they should be.

Maybe it's just my eyes.

I do also find this cross a bit asymmetric.

I am not sure that this is a original cross.
But wait for the experts in KvK.

The obverse doesn't match that of the pinback version of the S&L KVK 1 without swords.
