Iron Cross 1. Claas L/19 , what do you think?

This EK1 , L/19 I will get in the next few days. In my opinion a nice piece in a good condition. Its non magnetic brass core, am I right?

    Nice original.

Does anyone else see a similarity between Grossmann 11 EK2s and Hoffstädter L/19 EK1s?

Thanks Stefan -- I agree, the frame is the same. Even the outer-trim die is the same, making the shape just the same.

I think the core may also be the same, but 11 is magnetic.

The core could be the same design.
The No.1 nose of 1939 looks a bit longer to me.
Could be a sign of tool degeneration, who knows.
