EK2 Souval frame, good?

This is in an upcoming auction full of hideous fakes and fantasy items, but it looks like this might have a chance. Starting bid is at $2, so I figured I'd see if it is any good. Description says mm#4 on ring (you can see it poking out of the bottom picture). Appears to have a Souval frame, but I can't see the 12 o'clock flaw. I don't know the other makers well enough to make a determination on the core.



If it is any good, what would you advise for price?
