It's already mine actually - it came on a tunic with a few other badges some of which i have posted today. It certainly fits the tunic perfectly above a WW1 EK1 but not sure when the price sticker relates to? It didn't come out of a collection and came out of Germany.

I've no idea what it is worth, or how scarce it is?

It's a nice Deumer Spange in buntmetall, very common, worth probably €375 +/- €75. Prices for these are a bit all over the map.
