From these photos, they appear to be original. It would be nice for Forum members Jacques or Sal Williams to give their opinions.

Both look original to me but better to check with those who really study them to ensure they are not high-end copies.

There appear to be markings on the reverse of each under the pins. Perhaps photos with the pins lifted might spur additional comments.

I like both crosses. In post #2, it looks like the silver cross may have had the swords removed. Would like to hear from Sal & Jacques on these...

The one in silver has to show signs of the swords being removed as Meybauer had one one die, with swords, and then removed the swords at the factory to make a no swords version.

The CEJ has a strange (replaced /reworked ?) eagle at the top right as viewed from the obverse (if the picture were right side up that is). That eagle does not look correct. Other than that It seems to be original but with some sloppy solder happening around the catch area as well. I think better pics of the eagle I am talking about would be nice.

The meybauer looks right but hard to know when the swords were cut off. Pics of the cut area might help. A pic of the hingepin would be good too, it looks like it might have been replaced

That is a really faint Meybauer MM.
Would that be a problem?
