    DKiG cloth German Cross Question

    Hi,
i´ve been offered a DKiG fabric and i would like to know if this type of backside is known to somebody. I only know them with the black paper on the back. Tomorrow i post pictures from the front of the piece. I will buy it should i get a for the backside. The front of it looks like known types of the DKIG.
    Thank you for your help.
    Cheers

This type of reverse is known, original and documented in the literature. However, the obverse is far more important than the reverse.

Let's see what the experts post, but I like it.

          Reason:

The flaw on the 1941 seem to be present ... compared to my ones not somuch, but still there.

                  Hello Dietrich,

what are the features of this cross to determine it's a early one?
The wreath is a Juncker type 2 and not the early type 1.

Is it the fabric used on the backside of the cross or is there anything else different which I miss?

                  Thanks in advance

                  Alex

No flaw in the '9' = early.

Are these early pre - die flaw DKiG's hard too tell apart from the better end fakes ? , as i always tend too look for the die flaw too assure myself of it being an original as i am no expert with these

it's a rare piece, not easy to find without die flaw and with this type of reverse stoff.
                          Mint conditions !
                          Congratulations !
