Ek2 with packet

I found a guy that owned a small lot that he received from a former world war 2 vet. i told him what i was interested in... (which was only two items)

he sent me pictures and i think it looks pretty good
can i get some opinions on this?

he thinks its either 33 or 333, he is an older guy so he has bad eyes.

I am very surprised if it is a fake...

I think he really did get it believing it was real, i basically found him and he knew nothing about it.
