Stefan is correct, it is a known fake. I don't know if anyone will be able to come up with a photo of another one (archiving photos of fakes is too demanding a task), but it's fake without any shred of doubt.
        Best regards,

I can't tell from the photos, is it a Floch? The paint is just lifting off the steel? core.

Ed: no its not, now I've seen these shots. Who makes these then? Must be a good fake for that price

My God, that is really incredible.....
I would have thought by now every dealer would be aware of these...
Or maybe he doesn't care what he is selling either......

Hi Ben, Yes i went to a UK medal show (Bushey) and a dealor had five for sale all the same type as mine and six of the 100 W&L fake's also. I will have to look closer at the medals now there are all these good fakes out there. Mick
I will not trust any dealor from now on. Mick

                  That is really sad, Mick....
Sometimes a fake slips through, but if you have 11 fakes for sale, what's the excuse????

Good that there are fora like this one, it saves a lot of collectors lots of money (and frustration)...
