Do you believe K&Q made post war KC or EK ?

I think there is more than one discussion here about K&Q and their KCs.

OK, I understand. Yes, I do think that post war fakes of the K&Q KCs have been made, but I don´t believe in all the stories (told in some of the threads I was referring to) that most or at least lots of the K&Q crosses for sale today are fakes. In fact I think that a big majority of the K&Q KCs for sale today are original!

No idea, but not from original tools, as some state. IMO.

Over on the 57er section the belief is that K&Q never made a post war RK, that is, upto now no evidence has surfaced, i.e. no cross with K&Q details/charactoristics have surfaced to date....however buried some where deep in the 1957 section archives is a K&Q framed RK with a post war St u L core, it is believed the frames are wartime and obviously the core post war, most probably a veteran had a jeweller open it up and alter for wear in post war Germany......

If post war KCs are not from the original tool, we can conclude they are not made by K&Q.
