Too me it looks like a copy but I'm not sure.

It would not be for my collection.

It has some pitting to the obverse, the prongs are replaced.
It could be a ground-dug original, but hard to tell from pictures.

I'd say it's a cast copy
I've seen a few lately, and have one myself. They all have that 'scratch' on the back, which must be part of the mold
