Never seen a WW2 case with a ' closer ' like that . If you do not like the case ... not even that is probably any good .

No Douglas they don't say anything about originality but reading the explanation
they let you understand that it 's an original example by maker 27.

In my opinion set is not original.

For that price you would hope something to be original . I had doubts as the number 27 was not in the pinned Spange makers list above !

I don't really like the case (convinced that it is bad) but the clasp is pure crap....

It's a pretty recent fake which comes with several markings, and unmarked.
You ca also find it soldered to an ek1 with a " Juncker" medallion on the reverse...
