The case would be appropriate for any EK1.

Stefan shows the typical case for marked 65 EK1s.

I think Don's case for sale is a great case for an early unmarked cross by almost any manufacturer, 65 included. It is one of the nicest 1939 EK1 case types made in my opinion.
