Any chance of getting a front view and a closure picture of the hinge? I want to say it is a Boerger but am not sure as that is the only maker that I have that has the foot on both the catch and hinge. Jim -

It appears to be good, I have seen similar hardware on a clasp before.
Impossible to tell the maker from this pics, my guess is that it's a schickle clasp.
But we'll see when it turns up.

The setup of that hardware is indeed seen before.
But I agree with Jon, I would not risk it.
It is not pissible to see if it is authentiv based on these photos.
