My EK2 In RK Style Case w/Note Inside From Veteran

I have been break from actively collecting for some while now, but I did take some photos of my EK2 when I had a chance to visit it on a trip back home. Maybe this will kick start me to collect again.

This one came direct to me from Vet's immediate family. They never knew he had brought anything home until after he died. He even wrote a notes to identify all his finds and that aided the family in researching what they had.

This is the only "cased" EK2 I ever obtained directly from the source. So, I think it's my favorite EK2.

    Hope you like it

Sweet cross Jeff- I guess its great to get items directly from the vets cause only then you can be almost sure about the story behind it -I have been away from collecting also for a while now but when I stumbled across my EKs one day I was cleaning my room the need for more came back!

Thanks Gents. It's maker marked and I did not photo that part of the ring well. Anyone recognize that maker mark?

Hi Jeff, thats a nice looking set ! Its difficult to read that maker mark though.

Maybe some of the experts will recognise that cross

Beautiful cross, Jeff. I love it, the case and that small piece of paper. Lots of character.

Thanks guys. That is funny Kevin, you did get one them, but not all of them.

If I turn my computer monitor upside down it looks like the ring is 127. I won't have access to the EK2 for some time, so would be nice if someone does recognize frame/ring etc.

When I snapped the photos, I thought I got a good enough photo.
