KVK2 w. sword maker 110?

hi everybody.
I have in my collection a war merit cross 2nd class with sword. On the ribbon ring there is number 110. Does anyone know which maker is ??

I cant confirm if they made KVKs though

As far as I know -- 110 - Otto Zappe ..... made KvK with swords only .
