Hello LVAZ! It sure looks like the ribbon ring is stamped with a maker mark and if the Lucky # 13 is in the box you have a confirmed Brehmer!
Nice cross and Hans and Panzercracker are IMO right on for the maker! Brehmer crosses had a beautiful look if Frosting is your thing...
