Unusual Cloth DKiG - Opinions, Please

Anyone out there ever seen something like this that was real? It is attached to a tunic that otherwise looks good, but UGH....

I think "UGH" summed it up. Other acceptable retorts are BLECCHH, Jeez Louise, Whatthefuh. . .

                Thanks Again!

Once again, it has been proven that when something appears to be too good to be true, it almost always is! Thanks for your help, guys - this forum has been unbelievably valuable to a beginning collector!

The fakers forgot to add the "1941" to the cross; let's hope others become as amateurish

                    It Was SOOO Bad...

My only thought on the DK was that it could have been some sort of temporary field-made piece, which begs the question why a high-ranking Luft officer would bother with that when he could have Hermann drop him one in a few days. I just didn't want to get bitten by finding out later that these things actually existed and dismissing it out of hand and losing out on something good. Thaks again for everyone's comments!

                      Don,
and that is why I asked for a pic of the all tunic, is that NOTHING appears correct - not only the DK

I have seen these Cloth DK's appearing on the market 10 years ago, in Austria. i tink they are made here, possibly by Herr Floch!
Anyhow, a couple of "reputable" dealers in germany, have been selling these bullion wreath Cloth DKs as varients.
I don't believe your DK or the Luftwaffe Uniform is 100% OK.

                          Hi Don,

These types of DK in stoff are reprodutions.
following is a photo of DK reproduction in stoff made in Germany.

Your type is probabily made in Asia.

                          Regards
