New addition EK II mm 24o

Today I received finaly another EK II mm 24, but now with nice additional maker mark O.

i read several threads about this and I noticed, there is possible to found from time to time this maker mark on a small soldering ring, but not on the ribbon ring.

Is there any idea, why this feature is there presented ? Some maker of concrete worker or ?

half moon/ circle

Hi, here is my 24 marked cross with ring stamped with what I thought, and what the seller posted as a half moon. I know of others with similar striking on the ring. However it could quite possibly be a circle which has been struck too close to the outer circumference of the ring, leaving the crescent shape.
