      nice one George!!

      But my latest SB blows up my theory on the marks...

      Here are:
      an early 2-piece SB, an SB with the regular disc (so: later produced)
      and an early pinback with a completely different mark with a slash.....

      I THINK the L54 incuse-relief mark came after the L/54 on the pinback, to be succeeded laterby the L/54 mark as we all now it (don't have that one at hand...)

          Yes I think you nailed it Ben, all you need is to look at the crosses you put together to see it all clear....Great work with your info and your SB:s

            Thanks Chris.

            The only question that remains is: why did they "forget" the slash in the second mark, to add it again later?
            Obviously the rules weren't to strict on that:
            L15
            L55
            L58 (SB only)
            L59.....
