Just starting out in the collecting Game, was just wondering if anyone could help me with determining if these crosses are the real deal or not.

WW2 EK2 - maker marked 65

Or you could just obsese over it until she gives and says "just go and buy the damn thing already so I can stop hearing you talk about it!". At least it worked for me when I bought my first KC . O and good luck collecting, when in doubt always refer to the experts here. This place has saved countless amounts of money and avoided much aggravation.

Thanks Wyatt, yeah im glad i found this forum. Kinda feel silly asking questions but one way to stuff up a new hobby is to get ripped off in your first few buys. So Thanks for the advice. Im looking at getting An EK1 to the collection........is there certain maker marks that are rarer than others??
One day i will hopefully work my way up to a nice KC.....hopefully ha ha

The world of EKs is vast. Buy a copy of Dietrich Maerz's book on the Iron Cross its contents will prove invaluable. Find it at B&D publishing.
