Received this today and wondered how people think this would have been worn? Possible RK substitute for the field?

Can anyone ID the maker as well please? I'm useless unless there's a number on the ring!

Interesting way to display an EK! I like it! However I think it is in no way associated with an RK... except for wishful thinking! Lovely!

Can't say I've seen that combo before. Like the others I don't belive it has anything to do with an RK.

I'm no expert but I'd say someone had the spange already and then just attached the iron cross when they were done wearing the spange on a uniform, so maybe post war, or maybe not.
