          I know where this came from and asked him to post it. Why specifically do you not like this K&Q? The ring appears to be well finished and not like the odd "restrikes" with the fat ring and unfinished center.

            I fear the top section of this RK is not indicative of what is to come further down....(but then I did get a sneak preview before you two 'scamps' edited!! )

                        Strange that the double bend of the ribbon ring fits through the loop on Dietrich's RK. On K&Q RK's normally only the single bend fits through and there is not enough room for the double bend.
