a six rivet DK is the trademark of an early Deschler piece. This piece, however, does not conform to the Deschler we know - it rather resembles some known fakes. Save your money - your doubts are correct.

A godet is also a six rivet cross with solid rivets, but this is not a Godet either. The catch looks like an attempt at a four rivet Deschler, as does the catch. Particulary with the hinge and plate (or lack thereof) it is a swing and a miss.
