I just got a lead on one of these combos. Iam trying on the fone to explain it but I see 2 variants of these. One is on the Detlev catalog on page 513 and is the L/18 marked, my guy has called saying it has the same type catch on the eagle spange,,it appears rounded like the one in the detlev catalog. Also mmd on cross below stablizer pin which is on the bottom. The problem is I only see ones on the forum with a FLAT type hook on the clasp , maybe its the pics on the forum but the hook appears flat and not rounded. Does anyone have a good color pic of an L/18 combo with the rounded type hook on clasp?
My guy also says there is no sloppy solder and clasp is cleanly attached to cross, he also nted clasp seems a bit thinner in guage to cross.
I know its frustrating without pics but its all I can do working on cell phone with my clearer, it is found in private. I just want to be dead on target.
