    Is it real and can you identify the maker? The cross's core is magnetic.

              In my opinion it 's an early L/11 just unmarked because pre LDO list (1940-41 production).

                  Thank you gentlemen. And I think Don is correct (again), it is an Imperial cross. There was a like cross pulled from the e-stand and posted on this forum for discussion.
                  I'll post other Imperial crosses on the Imperial discussion forums. I hope they get the attention there by you ek guys.

                    I've been asked what period this particular cross was manufactured. There seems to be a conflict here.
                    If it helps, there is a little bit of copper showing through the paint of the core (at the crown).
