    KVK1's With Swords For Review.

I have found these for sale and just wanted to hear opinions before picking them up. Thank you in advance. These are the only pictures available.

    Sincerely,

    Jeremiah

The first one is described as an early war cross that is unmarked.

This one is described as an early vaulted L/15 marked cross. Thank you for looking.

A 57er pin and an L15 mark? I don't know the first thing about the KVK1X, but I would leave both those alone. Someone please correct me if I'm off the mark.
      Best regards,

The first is similar to the Souval L/58 pin types that many have thrown into the Post War group.

The second one (until recently) had always been accepted as the "true" WW2 L15 version. However, I prefer to take the stand of D&G with the theory all these L15/L11 types are Post War Floch contraptions.

IMO these crosses are not good.

Its easy for you to find good ones, look at some dealers site or on E-stande here

            Gentlemen,

Thank you for your opinions. I will leave them alone. I was afraid of the first one as i have picked up one that was similar once upon a time that was referred to as a post war Souval. The only common ground is the finish loss to the gold colored base metal though. I did have a really good feeling about the first one, however. Thank you for the help!

            Sincerely,

            Jeremiah
