I had one of these before it got found out. I think two obvious flags (once I was told) were the erroneous maker mark on the disk and the low position of the date on the front.
Check the Floch article pinned to this section of the forum for more guidance.
The 1939 date style and low position are indicative of Floch repros. Other signs are that the swaz is too low (should be almost flush with the ribbing) and the greyish color of the metal used for the frame and lack of any remnants of frosting on the ribbing.
Just search for Floch and you will get a lot of information. I have been "Floched" by one just like this about 6 months ago...hell it may be the same one but they are plentiful!
