here's my latest.
It looks unissued, although it has got holes from stitching.


The direction of the threads is the same as the first cross shown.

I do have another example that shows more aging, but those threads (" frame") are going in the same direction all the way round.

I am still not 100% sure on the "latest arrival" , but it does look promising.

These cloth ek's are so very hard to judge, there were more companies that made them so there is no " standard" , or " textbook" .....

In fact I got both cloth ek's as " without guarantee: for the price of a copy, it was worth the risk....

Both of those posted does not seems to have the "white" colored date as the ones shown in this thread.
